Our 90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy for most items purchased from TIPSLI. This means you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must include all tags, labels, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened beauty products or intimate apparel. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on where to send the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by TIPSLI.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
